Wasn't kept informed about progress of MOT dropped off early morning to be told it wouldn't be started on while the afternoon

Every aspect of my visit was fantastic!

We asked for service to to be completed at the same time as MOT and while changing brake pads but only MOT and front brake pad changed and not service. The reason was sorry I did not take your keys this miorning. Tried to book service but couldn't.
