We are disappointed that there is no courtesy pick up service (as pre Covid) - we live out of town, so if we didn't have a 2nd car this would be difficult for us.

Without attaching any blame to the staff, to wait over 2 hours for an oil change is not a gokd use of my time. I'm making this comment as it also took 2 hours for my recent MOT ?
